Return Policy

All items, except for imprinter plates, purchased from ImprinterPlates.com may be returned within 30 days of their purchase. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items with receipt and will not include shipping costs. To initiate a return you will need an RMA number. You can obtain your RMA number by contacting us. Be sure to include your order number.

No refunds will be issued for imprinter plates unless there was a printing error while creating your plate. ImprinterPlates.com uses automated software that takes the text enterred by our customers and prints them directly on to an imprinter plate. Most errors are a direct effect of typos made when ordering a plate. Please be sure to check your plates for accuracy before completing your order.
